Event design · Live quoting · Crew-ready
Design the room. Price it as you go. Hand the crew a build sheet.
Drag stages, LED walls, truss and tables into a real 3D room. The quote builds itself from the geometry — move a truss and the number moves. Then the load-in order, the pull list and the crew's to-do list write themselves.
“AI will accept everything. A venue will not.”
Every AI render tool will happily show you a truss hanging through the ceiling, a fixture with nothing to rig from, and an LED wall that costs three times what anyone assumed. EventLay checks the design against the room before it goes to the client.
The layout is the quote
Prices come from the geometry, not a spreadsheet. Stretch a truss run to 34 ft and it quotes 34 linear feet. Resize a dance floor and it re-prices by the square foot. The number cannot drift from the drawing.
It tells you what won't work
Trim heights against the ceiling. Fixtures with nothing to hang from. Seats behind the stage. Power draw with no generator on the quote. You find out here, not on the loading dock.
The crew gets a build sheet
Load-in order, positions measured from the room corner, trim heights, a pull list and a to-do list — all derived from the same layout the client signed off on.
